How reliable are the results?
.
The initial clinical study when the outbreak started, showed an accuracy rate of 97%-98%. This compares to 75%-95% with other tests on the market. We are currently validating the test results with multiple medical professionals and universities in the UK.
What if the result is positive or I am showing symptoms?
Please check with your health advisory service. If you live in England we are working in line with the existing guidelines provided by the NHS.
Are these tests certified?
The covid-19 tests are CE marked for professional use, they fit the new FDA approval guidelines and are used by governments and medical professionals worldwide. The CE marking indicates that a product has been assessed by the manufacturer and deemed to meet EU safety, health and environmental protection requirements. It is required for products manufactured anywhere in the world that are then marketed in the EU.
